The high demand and the opportunities in this field have prompted the company to expand into real estate. We will take-up the construction of commercial spaces, residential complexes and star hotels shortly. The Promoters and the Executive Board has extensive experience in Real Estate field in personal capacity. Initially APR proposes to use its existing land resources for launching new service offerings. The company has prime urban land for hotel construction in central locations in Bangalore and Hyderabad. The company proposes to build hotels and lease out in the next two years. Similarly the company will build commercial and residential complexes in eight-acre land located in Bachupally situated near Maytas’ Hill County. The company expects to build around  1.4 million sft of residential, commercial and entertainment space. Later the company will reach out for construction projects on development basis elsewhere.
